"The house worked for us, two people in winter. It only has one bathroom. The arrangement with the hot tub, sauna and 2nd bathroom off the driveway is very strange. We obviously did not use that nor the pool. It was hard to heat the home and there were strange noises at night in the attic. Be aware that there is no soap, shampoo, toilet paper or kitchen paper. "Perfect place to stay to visit Uzes. . The house has modern bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with a large range/hob, and the courtyard. We ate many meals outside and always had the doors open to provide fresh air. The many square with the markets is only a few minutes walk away. Phillipe welcomes you in person to his family home. He is gracious, warm, funny and a true artist of a woodworker (gallery below the house). We would stay here again without question."

"I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "
