"Staff was friendly, our room was very old. Our bathroom door knob was broken and it took my daughter a long time to get me out. We called the front desk about it but nobody came the entire 5 days we stayed to fix it. The safe was locked when we got there so we had to have security come and open it for us. The bellhops complained a lot which we were surprised since it is their job.we stayed June 4-8/26"

"Received a message from the hotel in advance that, among other details, parking is available in the garage across the courtyard. Arrived, pulled into garage and into a hotel designated spot in the garage. But at check-in was told all hotel spots were reserved, no more were available, and I needed to move my vehicle. There was no such detail in the advance information -- and it seems pretty important. Also, there was no way to lock/secure the bathroom door."

"The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. I asked the front desk for help with the sofa bed, no help of any kind. Expedia ignored me twice for help. Let my messages run to "restart conversation". The elevators got stuck and stalled every morning for breakfast, had to use the stairs that lead you out of the building not to the lobby. Horrible experience and no help."

"The hotel was very clean, quiet and in a great location. The rooms had just about anything you would want/need during your stay. Our air conditioning didn’t work when we arrived, but the staff was responsive and got us switched to a different room. The only thing that could improve the place would be some curtains over the windows, the blinds by themselves let too much sun in through the cracks."
