The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours.

"I had an upgraded to a premium room on top floor with fabulous view but the rooms lacked basic features. Only a vanity mirror in bathroom, it didn’t have a sockets next to bed to charge your electronics, moreover if switched the master switch off, all the power was turned off.
