This well-kept house in Marielyst offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday with the family. The open-plan living area welcomes you with friendly furnishings, large windows and direct access to the terrace. Take a seat on the cosy sofa, let your gaze wander over the greenery or enjoy meals together at the dining table with a view of the garden. Prepare your favourite dishes in the practical kitchen, while the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in the background.



Open the patio door and step directly outside. Sunbathe on the wooden terrace, gather around the large dining table for a barbecue or relax with a book under the parasol. The spacious garden is surrounded by tall trees and not only offers peace and privacy, but also plenty of space to play and run around.



Take a stroll to the popular sandy beach of Marielyst or explore the area by bike. The town itself offers numerous shopping facilities, cafés and a mini-golf course. Visit the medieval centre in Nykøbing Falster or take a trip to the Golf & Fun adventure park. The Bøtø Nor nature reserve is ideal for bird watching and long walks.
