Charming summer house close to the beach

Welcome to this holiday home offering relaxed surroundings close to the water. Just 200 metres from the coast, you have easy access to the beach, swimming, and refreshing walks. The perfect base for a holiday filled with peace, nature, and presence.



The house is 106 m² and features three bedrooms with a total of seven beds. The layout is functional and welcoming, with plenty of space for both family time and privacy.



The large L-shaped living room and open kitchen provide space for togetherness. You can cook, play games, and enjoy meals while sunlight pours in through the windows.



Outside, there’s a spacious, sunny terrace. It’s perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying summer days and warm evenings. There’s room for both sun loungers and a dining table.
