I didn’t like that coffee at the front desk is €2.50. Should be free for guests since there is not a coffee machine in the bedrooms. I would stay again only if I’m in a tight budget."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though coffee was only available from the machine. I also had dinner at Issei, which was excellent. The front desk kindly made the reservation for me, though I didn’t receive any discount at the restaurant despite being a hotel guest. Overall, an excellent experience with great service, and I would happily stay here again."
