"The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "

"Clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff. The one critique is of the executive lounge. Paid extra for rooms with lounge access. Arrived to the hotel just after midnight, hoped to get some beverages and maybe light snacks from the lounge. There was barely anything left in the fridges. Returned the next morning for coffee, breakfast, which is advertised as being available in the lounge. The coffee machine wasn’t working, no staff in sight, crumbs on the counters, absolutely nothing in any of the fridges. I mentioned this to the staff in the lobby and was told that I can return at 5 for high tea. Obviously, extra $ for executive lounge access was a complete waste. "
