What a pleasant surprise. Right by the slopes and super convenient with a wonderful breakfast each morning. Will definitely be back.

Great location and decent sized rooms in comparison with some other places I have stayed in Val D'Isere in previous years. A big negative though was noise... the walls between rooms have very little soundproofing meaning that noisy neighbours make their presence felt! In our case a large group who liked to party at 2.30 am meant we got very little sleep. The hotel did its best in trying the get the other guests to show consideration, but to little effect.

The great location of our hotel in the center with restaurant, bars and clubs has advantages and some inconvenience. Therefore we are a bit supprised about the rating and the justification about the noisy neighbours as you told us that our warnings against them was efficient. Rooms basic but fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast very good. Tea coffee and pastries for afternoon tea. No in house bar which would have been nice when the weather was truly dreadful a couple of evenings. Close to at least 2 pizza takeaways for quick supper.

I visited Val d'sere more than 10 times, but did not have a chance to stay here. I was super happy with this hotel. For the price, I was not expecting the hotel was this good. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location
The building has a phenomenal location in the town, and provides nice amenities with a good breakfast. The rooms are spartan, but sufficient. Great water pressure int he showers.

Great location for Skiing and Apres Ski
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and good quality. Very easy to get to the ski lifts and close to bars and restaurants. One thing is that it is close to a nightclub, so if you want complete silence at night then this may not be for you. Otherwise it was great!

Great location right in the centre of the town and 2 mins from main lifts but be aware, you are directly next to the busiest night club in Val so if your disturbed by noise, your in trouble. The rooms are very small and very tired. The bathrooms are a converted cupboard. Zero wardrobe space. Staff are amazing. Nice heated boot room. Basic breakfast. Overall, if your looking for a very very basic accommodation in a great location with nice staff, you’ll be fine. If your looking for some home comforts however, you’ll more than likely be disappointed.

The street noise from Dick’s Thea Bar (definitely not serving tea as I know it) undoubtedly spoilt my view of the hotel and therefore I would not recommend the hotel or stay there again. If it hadn’t been for the street noise, the hotel is brilliantly located, clean, and basic but comfortable 3* hotel, with charming staff.

Unfortunately we can not control the people making noise outside on the street. We are very central hotel close to the pistes, shops and restaurants. There is a lots of accomodation away from center and more quit.

Hotel is in really nice location and close to all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean and functional and shower is strong and hot, precise what you need after a day on the slopes. Breakfast is good and plenty of space to sit and relax.

Great little hotel close to the slopes and town centre. Comfortable rooms and hearty breakfast. Was perfect for our long end of season weekend. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Great three star hotel
We had a great time. Our room had old water sewage smell...which was covered up by nice smelling spray.....not enough to make us move after we had completely unpacked.....and they offered to have us move to another room very happily.....but other than that, it was lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great time. Would definitely go back but ask to not be in that specific room (which I am sure will get fixed over the summer anyway!!)

No better location in Val
Booking and organisation was fantastic. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it's very clean and comfortable. In fact it has a 'retro' feel which is really appealing. Access to everything Val has to offer is impeccable. Car park directly opposite, 75 metres from the piste, a gentle stroll to the main street....The rooms are simple but more spacious than others and although we booked the cheaper 'city view' rooms the outlook was really nice. The breakfast is generous, buffet style and tasty. The only drawback (depends on how much skiing/ partying you want to do!) is the noise from Dick's that goes on into the wee small hours. Ski room and boot heaters (Yeah!) easy to stagger in to after a day on the slopes. Overall- a great place to stay.

Let's face it, Val D'Isere is so expensive and so fully booked that you're not going to get the latest up to date luxury at a modest price. This place is absolutely fine for a "boys' holiday", but much less suited to a family holiday.

Cozy mountain chalet
I had a great stay at this hotel in Val d'isere. The location is incredible with a short walk to the Olympic Tram and many restaurants bars and shopping right outside. The facility is a cozy mountain chalet style hotel they also have a nice breakfast buffet included. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, providing lift tickets, recommendations and most all the owner drove me 30km down to the train station after a blizzard disrupted normal shuttle bus service.

Single, young traveller (20) joining friends for first time skiing trip. Room unbelievably noisy from next door club that went on till 6am every night. Not informed about this before booking and when complained, told, "it's not our problem". Hotel also lost booking and payment references and I almost had to pay twice just to be able to check out.

Decent place to stay
The hotel was one I bolted on to the end of a work stay in Val DIsere and was one that I found most central and price reasonable given it was myself staying on my own for two nights. Location is great for skiing, 100 yards from the Gondola and bang on central in the resort. Staff amazingly helpful and the rooms were small (I was on my own so didn't need anything big). The car park was booked by Faye and its 10 yards opposite the hotel. Only down side was the bars local were full of drunken younger Brits kicking out from Midnight until 2am and on both nights i heard fighting and carrying on. This wasn't and isn't the hotels fault but if I would have had my family there this would have kept them up and i wouldn't have been happy :) overall decent little place

This hotel is very nice, the staff very friendly. BUT it is next door to a club which runsvuntil 6 am so if you get a room on the mountain side you will likely hear screaming, fighting, smashing bottles and other drunken antics throughout the night .

Great location for the slopes and the club
This hotel is in a prime position for the slopes and the town, there is a club right next door but I couldn't here it as I was on the other side of the hotel (room 15), my only issue with this hotel is that the walls are paper thin, you can hear ever door being locked, every foot step and every bathroom extractor fan. I am a very light sleeper so may just be sensitive to these things. Apart from the noise I can not fault the rest, rooms very clean Inc. Shower. Breakfast lovely and staff very friendly. I would go back to this hotel as it is Val d' Isere, come on was it ever going to be quiet!?!

basic ski hotel
Very central location. Easy access to the lifts. I stayed in a basic room. Breakfast buffet was included and it was good. The only downsides were no parking (most hotels in Val D'isere don't have parking) and poor wifi. The wifi is free. There is a garage across the street (21 Euros a day with a discount for multiple days)
