"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."

Breakfast on the pricey side if you are looking for basics like Cornflakes and toast and you can get other food at cdg T3 airport much cheaper. Great place ideal say and go with everything you need. Definitely stay every time I go the cdg Paris"

"Staff were very friendly. Hotel is located near many restaurants and the food in these restaurants were excellent it also also located near the metro line for getting around and also the bus line. The room was very nice maybe smaller than what we’re used to in America but very nice clean and bathrooms were small, but very clean. It was a great day for three nights. Thank you Christopher."
