"I did not like that the manager (I presume) never looked at me saying bye at my departure. All the rest I liked! But why is this survey just in english?? It should be bilingual. We are in the province of Québec and we prioritize french!!"

"I had a great time at this hotel and the location is one the best i went soo far the amenities and the service was A1 and they offer a lot of services for you to relax the proximity to the beach is definitely a plus and is is near a lot of interesting activities to do the only downside is that the hotel does not feature a restaurant inside it and the options for breakfast is very limited but other than that it was a very nice experience definitely would recommend."

"I like the boutique type of hotel, it is in a quiet neighborhood compared to being in Mont Tremblant village. Short distance to the attraction of Mont Trmeblant Village and the lake. I like the cafe/restaurant, more food selections and reasonably priced. The pool is small though but it doesnt bother as it wasnt our priority for booking hotel. The facility is very clean and lots of towels and toiletries. Kudos to the housekeeping team of AX Hotel. We will definitely book again next summer, this time with our grown up children."

"The property is walking distance to stores, restaurants etc. Heater in bathroom should be changed as it is all rusted! Floors were not washed I believe! Could need an uplift in the rooms! Reception was helpful! Could sit on the veranda which was nice! Was a quiet place! Minutes away from St. Jerome for shopping! "
