"Room was quiet, has a nice view of pine trees a false sense of serene since it is facing the street not the slopes. Stayed in RM # 813, which is the first floor with peekaboo views of the mountains. Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. The free minibar was stocked only with two bottles of water, two apple juices and two cola, it was the exact same thing daily, we stayed for 4 nights and the front desk said that is their...

"We had a lovely stay at the Posthotel Valbella. It's walking distance (or one bus stop) to the Valbella lift, and easy to access the Rothorn lift or the center of town by Sportbus or regular bus in about 10 minutes. The room was very comfortable, the pool and wellness area was great, and the attached restaurant had very good food. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We would certainly come back and recommend it to any families. "

"I booked through Expedia but the reservation didn't get through to the hotel, so I arrived and didn't have a reservation. The place was fully booked but the staff worked some magic and were able to fit me in. Great guys to deal with."
