"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Beau Rivage. The property is close to everything, the Promenade, shopping, the beach and restaurants. The staff was very helpful once we got through check in. Housekeeping kept our room very clean. I understand some rooms have been updated, ours was not. It was a little noisy at night. We enjoyed the bar and the bartenders there. "
