"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "AC was somewhat of a mystery as it has no explicit explanation and differs from North America. This hotel is very basic in terms of toiletries (no shower cap, body lotion etc). Noise level is high due to traffic lane right outside the hotel. There were also renovations in the hotel which were distintively heard from my tiny room on 2nd floor. "
