Very hard bed with plastic mattress protector which was very hot and noisy with every movement, aircon not working, bathroom extraction not working. Room clean and large.

Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful.

We had a lake view room which was comfortable, if small and ‘tired’.
Although this may well have been a palace at one point, the hotel is now long past its prime. Breakfast was fine. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

"Great hotel within walking distance of Bergamo airport. Lovely friendly staff. Room was clean and unbelievably quiet despite being next to the airport. Huge shopping centre next door with plenty of dining options. Perfect place to stay if you have an early/late flight."
