The front desk workers were most helpful with everything.They purchased train tickets for the first leg of my journey as well as how to buy them at the station.
I had forgot an item and got it back on my way out of Madrid. Good system.
The location was convenient, museums were walkable or a short cab ride. Its also close to major plazas(Sol, Mayor)

"I stayed for business trip and the staff were very welcoming and helpful to me from when I arrived. My Spanish is not great but were always helpful to try and help or accommodate me. "Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"
