"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. There was also a broken zipper on the main door but we know how tough that can be to fix and it wasnt an inconvenience. We were most impressed with the showers, WCs and laundry. "The reception staff upon our arrival and throughout our stay were really excellent. When we arrived at 8.30am to drop our car off in the hotek car park for a later check-in, we were told our room was ready and we couldcm access it straight away. Truly excellent. The room was great and the bed super comfy. Best nights sleep in ages The breakfast was varied and delicious especially with eggs cooked to order. Best location for walking to the gibraltar passport control. Best option for visiting gibraltar. 100% recommend"
