Had 1 night in Lisbon. Was given our room and 4 hours later (as we were out exploring) asked to vacate and move to a different room due to their error. Hotel forced us to cut afternoon short and return to hotel to move belongings. Only to learn they had already been in our room to potentially move our stuff without our consent, even leaving the door, with all our belongings inside, completely ajar! We’e offered a complimentary drink for our troubles…what a joke

Hotel was really nice but it’s right at the top of the hill, and everything to do is at the bottom of the hill. Uber is really cheap here so that helps. Hotel is also close to the airport, but not enough to be loud and descriptive
