We were locked down in hotel due to Coronavirus outbreak. Staff in Bar and Restaurant were exceptional and looked after us very well and and answered to all our needs.
Lovely apartment, clean spacious and in excellent conditions. Location was also very good to walk around.
I liked the rooms, the decor, the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. What requires immediate attention is their use of plastics and overall ability to recycle and create the most minimal environmental impact. Ideas would include - no slippers, no plastic cups, no plastic swim caps, recycle ...
Nice mid-range business hotel. The shower grouting was cracked and dirty in places and needed replacing. I wanted to use an iron to press some shirts but was told I could only do this if I paid for laundry service. Service at the bar was not friendly. Otherwise clean quiet room.
This is a very nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants, bars, buses and close to Alameda area. Unfortunately we were only there one night and had to leave the country due the virus outbreak and everything was closed. But we would love to return and stay here again.
