The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

The property was in an amazing location! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially about detailing how to get to the hotel and arranging parking details.
The courtyard was beautiful and the property was well maintained. We loved our stay. Thank you to all the staff!!!

At Breakfast not enough staff to serve and there was no ambiance in the lounge/dinning area, The Terrance Bar had a lovely view and the atmosphere there was OK. Reception was fantastic and its literately 2mins away from the main tourist attractions and food places. Room was lovely and clean. Overall, a great stay, just a bit of fine tuning,
