Historic country house with 2 apartments and another, smaller apartment in the adjacent turret. Very nice, quiet, elevated position above a large valley, surrounded by an oak grove. Each apartment has a private outdoor area. The swimming pool with a large sun terrace, with fantastic views, is shared with, among others, the guests of a barn located at the entrance of the property, which sleeps 2. Good possibilities for nice walks. Medium comfort furnishings. 3 km Pianello (groceries), 6 km Valfabbrica (stores of all kinds), 19 km Assisi, 20 km Perugia, 30 km Gubbio, 45 km Lake Trasimeno. S.
