"Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger than me. There's stuff blocking the entrance between the hotel rooms and the pool and you have to go through the fitness center that was weird especially after tripping over that step three times. Oh and when I ordered the steak they didn't give me a steak knife which made it kind of hard to eat, Especially since it wasn't the softest cut. The staff was incredible The View inside the hotel is incredible the bed is okay the pillows are comfortable the entrance is easy to find and the hotel rooms are not a very far walk. The staff were exceptionally helpful And willing To assist in any way possible Definitely the highlight of the stay. I would recommend it but only at a 3-4 star level."

"9 days B&B Breakfast good with lots of choice. Paid for evening meal once but not worth it so wouldn’t suggest all inclusive. Good beach with lots of free beds & umbrella’s. Pool beds always reserved early so never got to use it but beach good anyway. Beach bungalow could do with updating but was cleaned daily and fresh bedding. Complimentary drinks in room, fridge, storage. Resort clean and tidy. Would recommend."

"Excellent facilities any requests were dealt with promptly. Excellent food 5 courses each evening including local dishes. We ate out once at a beach side restaurant the quality didn't compare. Well worth taking the half board options for value for money and quality of food. There is a good beach within a 10min walk and an excellent cafe/bakery opposite. There is a quality hypermarket within 10min. The city centre is an hour's walk or 10min cab drive. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's a quiet urban area not very picturesque outside the complex of the resort but the beach is nice. Very friendly staff"
