Reception staff, concierge/parking staff/ cleaners, all very polite and professional.
Pros - very clean, modern, great location as only a short walk to gondola, nice spa, comfy beds
Cons - restaurant food nice but not exceptional and expensive.. only two lifts which means a long wait at peak times..some staff at breakfast indifferent, I couldn’t seem to order from the egg menu without them getting it wrong! Then I would have to wait again whilst order was...
