"Do not trust any good reviews for this property or accept to stay in room #2. There were things in this apartment that were broken, terribly stained, in disrepair, and not clean! We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. The 2bedroom apartment plus a sofa bed in the bathroom was perfect for us. We also had 1 full bath (shower and toilet) and then a half-bath (toilet/sink). The kitchen was great. Also came with washing/drying 2 in 1 machine. It came with large fridge. It was a fantastic stay and very glad we chose to stay here. "

"The House is as the pictures shows. The place and surroundings breath quietness, smells pure after a rainy night. The hosts Sussy and Steffano are very nice and helpfull. They are available at any moment, give you tips for daytrips and of course the restaurants and prosecco winery. "Emplacement idéal, au calme pour découvrir Venise qui est à 20 min en train de l hébergement. La gare est à 5 min à pieds et proximité de tous commerces. Propriétaire disponible, je recommande génial!"

"We (small family with two kids 4y / 6y) had the luck to stay a week in the guesthouse Rita. Everything was great and the house was awesome! The huge living / cooking room had all stuff we needed! The bedrooms had great beds and lots of space for all clothes we had. The bath was big and had a great shower! All rooms have an air con! "We booked this place last minute, driving from Florence towards Venice. We arrived at 10 pm, super easy check in and self parking was a breeze. This is an old villa on a large property. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, it has a golf course, good size swimming pool, old huge trees, a pond and some walking trails within the property. The building is an old villa with elegant old fashioned decor. We stayed in one of the villa suites. Comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was very good and it was included in the price for us. Staff is professional and friendly. We liked our stay here and would recommend to others. "

"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."
