"Very nice large room, much bigger than standard European rooms. AC was excellent, almost to cold! The only issue, pillows were huge hard lumps and very uncomfortable."

"A beautiful room with a comfortable bed! Roberto was incredibly knowledgeable and we missed out on restaurant recommendations due to so many guests wanting his advice. The hotel location is perfect right off the plaza mayor. At this time they are able to comp parking at their public parkade. I wish we could stay for longer but will look forward to visiting again"

"The hotel was very welcoming for the eclipse, providing us with viewing eye ware and a bottle of wine. They also suggested the best viewing spots in the city. But the place is under construction and renovation so many basic amenities are missing such as toilet paper holders, hair dryers and coffee makers in the room. But our room was spacious and comfortable nevertheless. Prices for the room were nearly triple the normal rate due to the eclipse and there was only street parking due to the renos."
