We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes). This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

Brilliant location in the heart of everything. The Arena is 50 steps away and there are lots of nice eateries facing the Arena. The main shopping street is also only a few steps away. The hotel is well kept, very clean, lovely staff and a great buffet breakfast to set up your day. The only biggie is having to pay £10 euros to the train station or face a 30 minute walk Highly recommended

Great breakfast, the waiter knew my coffee order by the second day! Fantastic location in Verona, you can walk to everything. Large room compared to other city hotel rooms. Reasonable price considering all you get. Welcome drinks nice touch!

This hotel was in a perfect location near the canals for good cafes and food. Our room was nice/clean. The hotel bar made for a perfect ending for the day. The only thing I would say was subpar was the breakfast. It was just ok.
