"We have just returned from a wonderful week’s family stay in Sitges. The flat’s views are absolutely stunning (we enjoyed leisurely meals on the upstairs terrace), the flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped, the pool was fantastic and the hosts (Fernando, Carlos and Ramon) were incredibly helpful and responsive both before and throughout our stay.The flat is located a 5 minute walk away from the local beach and about a 10 minute walk to the harbour, where a number of restaurants are located.We chose not to hire a car, and instead used the local taxi company when necessary and this worked out fine - they were always readily available.Whilst it is true that we can hear the trains from the flat (as the train line runs very close to the coast through the region), we got used to the noise and it did not bother us.I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Great location, amazing apartment and enough space for 5 of us with multiple balconies. There is a Trainline close by but we didn’t notice the trains as there’s quadruple glazing, additional shutters and they pass by v quickly so not noticeable at all. We had a lovely time and would happily return to stay again sometime!"

"This is a very mixed review of Marina Duplex by Hello Homes Sitges. Bottom line - I would not recommend.The location of the unit is good. The views are excellent. The layout is very functional. There is a good deal of train noise. The support from Hello Homes is poor.Here are some additional details. There is a beach very close to the unit. The beach has a nice bar with food available at times. The location is a bit of a walk from the main area of Sitges. It is also a long walk from the train station and from a grocery store. The unit has amazing views. The pool is really nice.The layout is bedrooms on the lower level and main room, kitchen, and patio are on the upper level. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level with the bedrooms. One of the bathrooms is connected to one of the bedrooms (kind of the master).The booking and contact with Hello Homes was good. They arranged for transportation from the hotel to the unit, and back.BUT, we had a problem with one of the showers. No hot water. It took three days and two visits to get this fixed. During this time, we had six people and only one shower. It was incredibly frustrating to get this fixed. The first time someone came we were told that it was fixed. It was not. I had to send a video to prove it. There was no proactivity on Hello Homes' part to get this fixed, and no recognition that we paid for a unit with two bathrooms and yet were only able to use one."

"The pictures offer an accurate depiction of this house. The views are amazing and the pool area is very relaxing. As described, I would not suggest this house for peopler with mobility challenges or small children as there are many stairs and floors to this home. Only item to plan for is there are only a few "starter" toiletries, paper supplies or soap. This may be customary in Spain but required us to purchase many items that only came in quantities larger than we needed. Property Mgr was very responsive to my inquiries and resolved issues quickly. It is a perfect house for couples looking to hang out."

"The property itself facing the ocean has amazing views, we felt like we were inside the ocean at times. Lots of space, the 3 bedrooms were comfortable and had two large bathrooms. There are leftover items from previous guests that are useful (sunscreen, magazines, maps, condiments), felt like a home, although not as modern as other places we stayed at. The tv worked great and had netflix and other streaming apps. Wifi worked. As a previous customer noted you can hear train and other noises from tenants above (dog), but we got used to it. If you don't have a rental car you might struggle with the location. Nearest supermarket is rather far as well as other conveniences. Also trash policy (had to throw out far from the property day of flight, we were rushed). There are a lot of instructions and prerequisites and at times felt like I wasn't really on vacation. Lots of keys and instructions, we were not met on sight so got lost during check in and couldn't figure out how to leave easily during check out (lots of back and forth). Customer service was inconsistent with one agent being amazing and the other not as friendly. Overall, if you want a restful vacation with amazing views, lots of space, and time for figuring out quirks, this is an amazing spot. If you are pressed for time, don't have a car, and want a spotless modern hotel type experience closer to the city, hosts that will take care of everything for you, this might not be the ideal place for you.
