"I truly enjoyed my stay at Sonesta Hotel Cali. It’s a beautiful hotel and an excellent value for the money. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel welcomed—almost like family. Any time I needed something, it was provided quickly and happily. I was in Cali for five days, and staying here was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. My room was a spacious suite—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for me, and I especially loved relaxing each evening in the warm jacuzzi. The gym was more than sufficient for my needs (I used the treadmill and free weights). I also really appreciated the steam room—complete with eucalyptus leaves—which I enjoyed on three different nights. Such a lovely touch. Breakfast was included and excellent. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and as a vegan traveler I was happy to find plenty of fruit and a wonderful salad selection. I started each day feeling satisfied and energized. I also want to give special recognition to Carlos Mario Duarte leños, who was outstanding—polite, patient, and consistently helpful. He even greeted me by name whenever he saw me, which made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. Congratulations to the Sonesta team—job very well done. ❤️ "
