"This hotel was very nice. The staff was great, Alejandra, Josue, and Joel (our travel guide) were all amazing and very helpful. My only suggestions would be to add more lighting to the bathroom and quicker service upstairs in the bar and restaurant. The service was a bit slow. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay and would still come back. Thank you!

"Stunnng Hotel! This is not what you have seen in other places, the whole property is beautifully hand made. The rooms are exquisitely decorated, and perfectly cleaned. The dinning room is gorgeous and the food is deliciously gourmet cuisine. The prices of food and wine would not dissapoint you at all. The views from are like I said before stunnng. "I was mostly impressed at how easily the staff carried my luggage up the stairs. I arrive early and the staff was accommodating. They mad sure of my comfort while i waited for my room to become available. The views from the hotel are fantastic. I did have a meal on the terrace one day and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"
