"At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool. The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy. "

"Wow. This property can host any group. They have a little of everything and still very peaceful in the city. Whether it’s a family, friend group or solo traveler, they’re got it. Great parking, a lot of entertainment like pool, tennis, fine restaurants or bar. Very visually pleasing and easy check in. Staff is professional and the food is very good."

"From the moment we booked the stay Emilio was quick to respond. When we arrived we performed a walk through, asked questions that were responded to swiftly. There was a remote missing the TV was replaced, the microwave glitched and it was replaced. I actually started it was no hurry yet Emilio was there promptly the next day resolving any needs. The day we were to leave there was a power outage at the airport which delayed our departure. We were not even sure we would fly out yet Emilio offered to allow us to return if the flight was delayed overnight. The stay was AWESOME and I recommend everyone visiting Costa Rica to stay here. "
