Hiking along the ancient footpaths and rock stairs through the Valle delle Ferriere in Almalfi, Italy. Lemon groves, abandoned paper mills, flowing streams and ancient plants and animals thriving under the large canopy of trees, shading me along the way all while discovering a flowing waterfall in which to take a quick cooling summer dip.
