Hôtel excellent, chambre très spacieuse, lit confortable, salle de bain bien équipé, bref rien à redire.. la piscine intérieur / exterior au top ainsi que toutes les activités annexes.. la vue est géniale depuis le centre de fitness ainsi que du restaurant.. j ai été plus ravis de mon passage chez eux
Eccellente da tutti i punti di vista. Struttura, accoglienza e servizi ottimi, altrettanto dicasi per la cucina. Il tutto in un clima semplice e familiare. Assolutamente da consigliare e per noi amiche da ripetere.
Als wir ankamen war trotz bestätigter Buchung kein Zimmer frei. Schuld waren wir da wir angeblich storniert hätten obwohl die Buchung noch im System war und dies von der Mitarbiterin des Hotels bestätigt wurde. Danach gab es nur noch Unterstellungen und Falschaussagen von Herr Stoll, der sich aber immer nur per E-Mail geäußert hat und selbst vor Ort den direkten gästekontakt gescheut hat. So kann man kein Hotel führen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Fehler können passieren, das ist kein Problem. Aber ein solches Verhalten ist zum fremdschähmen.
