Mediterranean vacation homes by the sea in a quiet location, with garden & barbecue

We have built our beautiful "Sa Fiorida" holiday homes in the Mediterranean style. They are situated in a quiet location within the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria), not far from shops, restaurants, bars, and more.

Summer holidays are also available during Pentecost and in October (air temperature: 20–27°C and water temperature: 20–23°C)

The houses will surprise you with their imaginative architecture. The accommodation is comfortable, fully furnished, and ideal for families. All accommodation feature a TV, a private garden, and—almost all of them—a rooftop terrace with a sea view.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining (pots, frying pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.). If anything is missing or broken, we can add or replace it at any time. An iron is also available.

All beds are equipped with pillows and blankets. Bed linens and towels can be rented from us for a fee.

The beach is located 200-400 m away.

Our family is always available to assist our guests. We want to help our guests experience the authentic Sardinia. That’s why we organise excursions into the interior, boat trips, and traditional Sardinian dinners at a local farm (away from the usual tourist crowds).

Until mid-June and from mid-September onward, daily check-ins and check-outs are also possible, subject to availability.

Special features: We also have a large reception area and lounge with internet (Wi-Fi) in town. In addition, we provide our guests with a free, multi-page travel guide that we created ourselves. It includes numerous insider tips and an up-to-date calendar of events.

We’re always available to our guests—even for personal matters (translation assistance with car repairs, doctor’s visits, etc.).

What sets our service and the location of our accommodation apart?

(7) Breakfast service: We also offer our guests a breakfast service at our reception desk.
(8) In the Sa Fiorida holiday home area: football field, volleyball court, and bocce courts. These facilities are available to all our guests at any time, free of charge.
(9) Just 200-400 metres away is a 15-km-long sandy beach, one of the largest in northern Sardinia—plenty of space to run around and relax
(10) We also offer numerous bike tours (including guided tours ranging from 20 to 100 km) for all ages and skill levels, and we rent out bicycles. We also have our own bike repair shop.
(11) Numerous outdoor sports activities (year-round): sailing school and equipment rental, surfing and diving school, SUP, kitesurfing, canoe excursions and rentals, and boat trips on the Coghinas River
(12) Local shops, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, bars, a bakery, a church, and a playground are just a short walk away. The largest local supermarket is open year-round, even on Sunday mornings.
(13) More than 50 km of trails and paths in the immediate vicinity for hiking, walking, and biking
(14) Excursions: We also organise excursions by water (on the Coghinas River and at sea) and by land
(15) Cooking and language courses: We want to introduce our guests to the authentic aspects of Sardinia. That’s why we offer cooking classes for culinary delights and language classes to help you understand the local culture better.
