We stayed for a family vacation. House is a nice size, very clean has wonderful hot tub and games to keep all occupied. Nice firepit and back yard. An oasis. Close to wine country and the ferry to San Francisco. Management was very attentive and had great cpmmunication with us.We had a wonderful stay!

perfect for a weekend getaway

Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative and timely with their response. The neighborhood was very quiet and ths house was in a convenient location (by a grocery store). We enjoyed the activities the property offered like the hot tub.

Sonoma vacation

We had a great time ! Your house was perfect for 3 couples! The patio area outside is really nice ! Close to shopping and other attractions . Would definitely stay there again! Loved all the upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen!

Wonderful family holiday

This location was perfect for a family holiday with small children. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The hot tub was well used!!There was plenty of space in the house for us all to spread out and it was as described. The house was very well equipped which made cooking etc very easy. We were lucky enough to also have the use of a cot and highchair, which Roy provided on request, it was very appreciated. The location was great with a grocery store, bottle shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise everything was within a short drive. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. I had my son and 3 of his friends visiting to go to 6 flags. The house was 5 minutes away from the park and the activities inthe back yard were perfect for them.

Vallejo ventures

Needed a comfortable quiet place to crash on the route of a long California Road trip with proximity to Six Flags and this place fit the bill. Kids enjoyed the activities and games. Host was great at communicating and made check in and check out easy

Lovely. home

We had a lovely stay. House was beautiful and clean. Amazing view. It was the perfect place for us to have a belated Christmas celebration with our NorCal family. My grandson had a great time with all the outside games. The host seemed genuinely interested in our comfort. Will definitely keep this house on our list of places to stay in the future.

Great home close to the wine country!

My friends and I had our yearly girls trip to visit the wine country and we had an excellent stay! The communication with the owner was awesome and checking in was a breeze! The home was about close to the wine country and it was very nice and cozy. My friends and I felt very comfortable staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard had a great view of the mountains. It also had so many games you can play with friends, as well as a little workout area should you need to exercise.

Pros and cons of this property.

We spent about a week in the property and overall had a good time, but this house seems to cater to drinking/partying adults, not families. It seems that the SPA had been trashed by the previous guests, so the water was still murky when we arrived and had to be cleaned and filtered several times that day. The neighborhood was not pretty: lots of potholes on the streets, many, many old cars that looked abandoned, run down houses, etc. Once you're inside the property, the view of the valley is great. The kitchen and one bathroom seemed recently remodeled, the rest of the house was run down: bumpy floors, creaky doors that get stuck, rusty hinges, paint patches on walls, noisy furnace (when it worked) PROS: Common areas are comfortable. Kitchen has newer appliances. Host answers texts promptly and is willing to drop items that you need. CONS: Beds are uncomfortable (squeaky and bouncy) We ended up dropping the mattresses to the floor. Thermostat was not working. Dishes, silverware and glasses were mismatched and not enough for 5 people (3 glasses, 1 teaspoon, cracked mugs, etc) Kitchen had leftover perishable and non-perishable food items from previous guests. Master bathroom seems to have a humidity problem, there were several spots where mold was coming out of the wall. You can hear highway traffic from the master bedroom at night (many sirens and trucks)

Overall this was a nice place to stay for our travel purposes with four adult women. Great communication/action with Roy the owner. He was definitely on top of a couple of hiccups, and resolved problem promptly. House was updated with nice kitchen appliances and showers, very cozy and was close to our event. Rooms were comfortable, middle room ok for 1 adult only (twin bed/trundle), but definitely would work well for two children. Master and other guest room had Queen beds and lots of space. Little vanity with lighted mirror in guest room was a great touch! Rest of the house was spacious, so we didn't feel on top of each other. Has extreme amount of toys, sitting areas in the backyard. If you have a family with kids, or adults that like things to do, this would be the place! Lots and lots of outside options, pool table, basketball game, jenga, etc. along with several sitting areas that make it a great entertainment aspect of the house. We used the backyard everyday and enjoyed watching all the squirrels jumping from tree to tree, along with the view of Six Flags. Had BBQ, but we didn't use it. Neighborhood felt safe, house is in cul-de-sac. Would definitely stay again, with adults and or bring family with grandkids. Great VRBO find!

A fantastic home just 30 minutes from downtown NAPA. We were in town for a family wedding and were able to comfortably sleep 8 people. The play area was perfect for adults and kids alike. We played Pool, Shuffle Board, and Jenga to name a few games. The view was spectacular and the jacuzzi was a hit. Will stay here again.
