Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort.
The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed with 3 children and the family deluxe suite was perfect for 2 older kids and a 3 year old. The property is spectacular and so was the drive there!

"I stayed on the 2D floor and had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs, not fun. They need a elevator. The salad I had for dinner was great, the rest was so so."

"While traveling among different countries, hotel WIFI service is really important for the travelers. Unfortunately, Cerise hotel didn't provide an average level WIFI service, actually, it is horrible. By the way, there is no self-laundry facility available, pretty inconvenient."
