Relais Santa Anastasia

"We would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to enjoy the beautiful landscape of wine grapes and olive trees but in a very high end location with top notch service. The rooms and the property are well kept. There is a beautiful pool area and lovely little garden like areas. The breakfast buffet was 100x better than anything you would get at a standard US hotel. We probably would not eat at the on site restaurant again, it was a little pricey and not extraordinary. Also the wi-fi in the rooms was not good (you had to be downstairs) so if that is important keep it in mind."

"Super clean. Smelled nice. Comfortable and spacious. Mirko was a fantastic host with all the info. The view was amazing and we were tempted to stay longer. It was a little walk from the beach but definitely doable. I definitely recommend this place and will return for sure."

"Even though there was a large picture of a swimming pool in the advertisement, it cost 30 euros per person for an hour and a half. This included the spa facility but we were not interested in the spa, only the pool. Also we were unlucky when a group of cyclists (30 of them) had dinner at the same time as us on the first day and they were so loud that we could not talk amongst ourselves. Otherwise the food was very good and so was the service."

"We stayed here 1 night. The room was clean and perfect. The continental breakfast was tasty. Location is walkable to good food and the beaches. Parking is free but limited. We felt lucky to find a spot. It’s a little confusing which building the apt is in. FYI- once you park, walk back up to toward the street and the building is on the left. Look for the glass doors leading to a dark, empty lobby. Enter the building and walk to the left, take the tiny elevator to the 4th floor."

"We had an amazing stay at Rosanna and Giacchino’s place! The villa is amazing, with a beautiful view over Castelbuono, and has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"This hotel is gorgeous! The photos don't do it justice. Everything faces the sea, the rooms, the dining room, the pool and of course the beach. We loved the beach with the chairs and umbrellas overlooking the Aeolian Islands. The beach has fist sized rocks that have been made smooth from the waves. They make a sweet crackling noise as the waves recede. I've never experienced that before. The owner went out of his way to find a relative in Caronia for my traveling partner. She was blown away and I'm sure she will be back. Bring water shoes and Google an app for translation as Caronia isn't your typical resort town. Be sure to message them when you will arrive at the train station and they will nicely come get you. This hotel is a hidden gem!!"
