It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer.
It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre.
The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud.
They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all.
It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

"We had a good overall stay for our last night in Dublin. Our room could use some additional cleaning. Ex wall of small bed dirty. Also our mini fridge was not working. Location and breakfast was great! Front desk staff were good on check in /check out."
