IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a villa located in the southern Ardèche region, near the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, just a 10-minute walk away and less than a 15-minute drive from Ruoms. We invite you to discover this beautifully appointed, air-conditioned villa, which can accommodate six people.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (8x4) with a pleasant deck, covered terrace, and a wooded, fenced garden.
The house consists of a large living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
You will find a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and gas grill included.
Let yourself be charmed by all the amenities of this villa and its proximity to the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc. END-OF-STAY CLEANING, BED LINEN, and TOWELS are not included, optional.

Zeer tevreden verblijf en geboden service.

Zeer tevreden verblijf in een mooie en rustige omgeving net buiten Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in de Ardeche. De vakantiewoning met zwembad werd als schoon, ruim uitgeruste keuken, iets te kleine tuin en het had fijn geweest dat er gras ingezaaid zo zijn in plaats van een onkruid veldje. De woning was heerlijk koel in juni 2023 terwijl het elke dag rond de 30°C buiten was met soms even de airco aan. De service van Poplidays kan ik kort zijn, gewoon fantastisch en perfect op verzoek werd er gereageerd en snel gehandeld. Ik kan derhalve Poplidays aanraden om er nu een vakantie te gaan regelen dan wel in de toekomst, wij gaan er namelijk voor volgend jaar er weer een vakantie bespreken. en geboden service.

Séjour parfait

Tout était parfait , la maison est très confortable ,bien agencée , il ne manque rien. Très bien située , proche des plus beaux sites touristiques de l’ardèche . Nous avons apprécié la piscine par les fortes chaleurs ! Le seul bémol , il faut prévoir un répulsif à moustiques car nous avons été envahis ! Merci encore

Excellent séjour à Vallon pont d'arc

Maison spacieuse et confortable pour 4 adultes, 2 ados,un bébé et un chien. Très belle piscine bien exposée. Location à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et très calme. Je recommande cette location.
