IMMEDIATE SEASIDE studio for 2 people (up to 6 with options)

The studio is located on the ground floor of the beach house. A comfortable double sofa bed is available. One or two additional bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) can be rented on request on the same floor (+€20 per night per additional bedroom). The street-side garden and the sea-side terrace are for the exclusive use of tenants. Everything has been thought of in terms of amenities. The house's location is ideal: away from the bustling town center yet close enough to the small shops just around the corner. Evenings in the center of Valras will delight young and old alike: funfair, restaurants, casino, concerts, etc.
Direct access to the sea is immediate, with no streets to cross. The beach, which is supervised in summer, is spacious and clean.
Free on-street parking.
The owner will welcome you and will be attentive to your needs.
His wise advice and knowledge of the region will ensure you have a wonderfully relaxing time.

Stay at Valras plage

Property was as described. Quiet location directly onto a quiet beach. We were out of season but found small local shops and restaurant.

Nous ne sommes pas restés dans la location

Les photos de la maison sur l annonce n'est pas ce que nous avons pu voir, les deux chambres sont séparées par un escalier qui donne sur l'étage ou se trouvait un autre locataire, donc nous avions plusieurs clefs. Si la nuit nous avions besoin d aller au toilette il fallait ouvrir la salle à manger. Ou mettre les clefs sans réveiller soit mon fils et ma belle fille out moi ? Donc nous sommes partis

Déçu

Seule la proximité de la plage est l’atout de cette location. Pas de climatisation, Salle de bain exiguë et vieillotte, difficulté de captage tv et surtout beaucoup de bruit en soirée et nuit. Dommage car potentiel et propriétaire accueillant !

Logement au pied des dunes

Logement en front de mer, situé à environ 1.5km du centre de Valras-Plage, donc localisation au top pour des vacances sur la plage. Le logement est meublé simplement mais fonctionnel, avec une double terrasse, l'une côté rue, l'autre côté dunes pour entendre le bruit des vagues. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain, exigüe (compliquée pour des personnes grandes ou corpulentes) et dans son jus. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et adorables ; donc bon pied-à-terre pour quelques jours au soleil !

Appartement sale avec des fourmies mortes dans le haut des placards et la vaisselle toute à relaver. Salle de bain comme un mouchoir de poche, avec lave main à la place d'un lavabo.

Séjour agréable

Monsieur très sympathique, location agréable avec très bon emplacement. Parfait pour se déconnecter, apprécier le bruit des vagues et admirer les levers et couchers de soleil sur la plage.

Urlaub in Varlas Plage

Der Ort ist sehr gemütlich und interessant. Die Besitzer nett. Zu der Wohnung kann ich nur wenig positives sagen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Trepoenhaus in die nächste Wohnung verbunden. Daher absolut keine Privatspere. Es heißt um aus dem Schlafzimmer in die Toilette oder Dusche zu gelangen muss man unterwegs mit den fremden Personen rechnen. Daher null Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns im Wohnküche Bereich Couch aufgeklappt und da geschlafen. Dusche für etwas größere Menschen sehr sehr klein. Waschbecken minimal . Aber dafür die Lage topp. Wunderbarer Strand . Große Terasse die uns den Aufenthalt erleichtert hat. Diese Wohnung würden wir nie wieder buchen. Übersetzung sollte genauer sein.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche direkt am Meer. Die Terrasse bietet auch tagsüber bei 30 Grad tollen Schatten und in 1 Minute ist man am Strand. Wir haben uns abends Fahrräder gemietet und sind vor ins Zentrum gefahren. Die 2 separaten Schlafzimmer sind nur über einen Flur erreichbar und nicht direkt an das Studio angeschlossen. Dies war für uns aber kein Problem. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Monsieur Septours

Emplacement parfait - vacances réussies

Location extrèmement propre même si le style est ancien. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. La location est on ne peut mieux située, réellement à 2 pas de la plage et pourtant très calme. Commerces de proximité très raisonnables en prix et très bien achalandés. Beaucoup de jolis coins à découvrir dans la région. Je recommande sans hésiter !
