notre chambre ne donnait pas sur la plage. Le problème dans l'hôtel, c'est l'insonorisation.......totalement absente.

Expérience médiocre !!!

Très déçu de la chambre pour le prix. Problèmes d'humidité qui dégagent une odeur pas agréable...et très petite. Par contre le responsable de l'hôtel est très avenant et à l'écoute, mais pas de possibilité de changer de chambre car l'hôtel était plein. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Payez 2 fois où quittez l'hôtel.

Lors de la réservation, hôtel.com a "procédé à une vérification" avec l'hôtel. A l'arrivée la chambre en question n'était pas disponible. L'hôtel nous a proposé une autre chambre et nous avons payé un supplément en plus des taxes de séjour. Ensuite l'hôtelier nous dit que la transaction entre hôtel.com et l'hôtel et que nous devions lui payer le montant déjà versé à la réservation (j'ai la preuve de PayPal que la paiement a été fait). En fait l'hôtelier essayais de prélever à hôtel.com le montant avec supplément. Cela ne pouvait pas fonctionner. Nous avons refusé de payer une 2e fois sans garantie d'être remboursés. Impossibilité de faire comprendre notre position. Nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel à 22h30.

Valsas Hotel de la plage BL.

Nous sommes arrivés en voiture le 19 aout 2025. Coût de la chambre 151,29€ + 9,99 +9,99 PDJ soit 171,29 avec des superlatifs sur le petit déjeuner. La chambre Très bof matelas très dur, la propreté de la chambre pas au top. le lendemain petit déjeuner pas de buffet à volonté, le patron au service et son employé, pas de fruit frais et ni jus d'orange pressé de l'orange. Départ après le petit déjeuner et remise de clés au propriétaire les mains encore plein de fromage et jambon car service dans l'assiette sans gants évidemment.

Es sind dann letztendlich vier Sterne geworden- die Unterkunft war klein, aber zweckmäßig- allerdings war der Gastgeber sehr sehr gut!!! Direkt in der ‚Stadt‘ bei den vielen vielen Restaurants und 150 Meter vom super breiten, gepflegten Sandstrand entfernt. Ich würde nochmal wiederkommen.

Réservation faite pour mon épouse et son fils Demandes faites chambre 2lits (1lit 1 personne ) paiement a l'hôtel . A son arrivée à 18 heures elle apprend que la somme a été directement prélevée . A la réception de la chambre ce n'est pas 2 lits mais un grand lit 2 places . Un supplément de 12€ lui est demandé pour une chambre plus appropriée . Un comportement inadmissible . A éviter car apparemment l'argent est le principal moteur

Personnel très aimables et accueillant, hotel proche de la plage et resto . Pour le tarif, c'est honnête vu la situation . Point négatif, manque de place pour le WC et salle de bain trop petite .
