Very misleading booking in. We thought we were booked into the main hotel but were taken to a room several hundred yards away which was right next to a very loud bar. We didn't get any sleep at all and asked to be moved the next day. Matthew the receptionist handled this well and we got a room in a quieter area, but still not in the main hotel. I can see others have had this happen too

Marrakech at the Cap D'Agde!

A very good team, always smiling, ready to listen and help if necessary. A very charming place (Riad 5 for lunch, dance and more😇, Riad6 for sleeping, cooking and more😇), with a great rooftop, close to the 'fiesta party' but far enough not to be all the time disturbed by so many noises. "Tan -Tan room" with a hammam and pretty big! A jacuzzi for 4 persons just behind the room, outside.

Shabby and dishonestly advertised.

Deeply disappointed. All the talk of a crazy village, by staff, does not justify sloppy, shabby, cluttered and dated accommodation, or not accurately representing the available rooms and extra fees, online. I did appreciate kindness and effort by some staff. The man who helped me move and gave me info, and the lady who fixed the lack of wifi on my day 2x that was created in the first place by lack of info. I was paying 4-5 star money. First accom: (“free upgrade” - awful, brown, tiny, 1970 look, communal kitchen). Second: “Futuristic in 1970”, dirty shower tap ware & ceramic stove, cluttered deck with filthy glass balustrade, and safe not even bolted down!!! Can be taken under the arm! The people of Rial 5 seem to assume that guests with a libertine attitude do not have any interest in professionally managed, clean, and decent accommodation. This is far from the truth. The very sweet 3 star Hotel de Londres in Menton that I stayed in days before, even though it’s lower than the grade I normally go with; it was so lovely, cheaper, and moonbeams better than Rial. I am grossly disappointed with the sloppy, careless, dodgy, less than honest approach. Should only advertise what exists, and only charge “door” fees that are what was advertised. I was made to pay more than that. The accommodation and management is so low that if it was a plane at this altitude it would be doing a lawn mowing. *Do anything that means not staying here. Whatever it takes.*

Unexpected experience in a bad way

Its better to tell from the booking page where you are supposted to stay then to stay in an apartment with the view of a parkingplace! Anounce private beach and your own pool is not ok. Please change your information on hotels.com and booth guests and yourself will be more happy.

At checkin, I was told no cleaning of my room, then charged 90 euros for me to drop off (400 yards away) dirty towels for new. Bathroom is outdated and needs upgrade, toilet leaks, shower floods bathroom when using. Normal sized person cannot sit on toilet … must sit sideways . Very little to do at this property… not recommended if your not a swinger

bonjour Hôtel Riad et HOTEL.COM Quelle déception à mon arrivée (12/13sept)losque l'on m'annonce que je ne serais pas au Riad alors même que c'était notre souhait mon mari et moi, afin de connaître votre hôtel et ses prestations !! on nous amène gentiment sur le village dans un studio surclassé luxe (c'est une plaisanterie!452€ la nuit/promo à 180€ c'est du vol a ce tarif )basique et pas du tout correspondant aux belles photos et intérieur du Riad sur le site Hotel.com qui trompent le client pensant séjourner au Riad !! je veux bien que hôtel.com fasse une présentation trompeuse lorsque l'on visite votre fiche Hôtel Riad 5 , mais vous êtes aussi responsable de votre présentation qui amène à une erreur de logement en mélangeant les photos de la chambre et les photos du Riad, ce que la personne a l'accueil m'a bien dit que c'était trompeur..et que cela arrive toujours avec Expedia ...hotel.com ...Alors je suis très déçue de séjourné dans un studio sans charme et basique avec un lit moyen sur du beton sans sommier contre le mur avec matelas creux et une SDB qui mérite un rafraîchissement et dont l'évier etait bouché d'après une dame de ménage qui l'avait déja signalé 4 fois, un balcon en piteux etat ... c'est fort dommage car nous venons au cap depuis 10 ans et nous n'avions jamais eu l'occasion de séjourner au Riad et cela restera comme cela car on ne tentera pas d'y revenir. ANNONCE MENSONGERE OU TROMPEUSE SUR LE LOGEMENT AU VU DES PHOTOS QUI LAISSENT PENSER QU'ON LOGE AU RIAD
