Overnight stay in Pézenas

Excellent accommodation. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very helpful staff too. Wish we had booked to stay longer. Will definitely return and would recommend to others.

This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend.

We booked this place based on the incredible photos of the pool and suites. It exceeded expectations. Views from the huge balcony were amazing and the two bedroom suite was massive. Staff were super helpful, especially with arranging taxi service (in a town where there's very few options). Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff where friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the fridge and dishwasher in the family suite we stayed in had not been cleaned. The stay was pleasant and the location of the hotel was fine close to the centre of the town .

Good return visit

This was our second stay and we enjoyed the experience again. Great value suite with a view across gardens at the back of the building and a balcony on two sides. We used the spa this time and it was very good, 2 hours booked for just two people to use the facilities. Well located. Car park is quite tight/busy.

Pleasant stay which could have been better.

A short break to visit a favourite city. Hotel very central with comfortable room. Cleaning service only once every three days which was not satisfactory. Breakfast average though plentiful. Did not use the restaurant. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great location but needs maintenance

Great location and comfortable beds but carpets and furniture need replacement throughout. Bathtub shower has no glass or curtain and water ended up everywhere. Also in the apartment, a dish towel and soap would be helpful since they ask for the dishes to be clean and put away.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and overall clean. The lobby area rugs and walkways are dirty. The room cleaning service was very poor. They made the bed halfway, they left dirty towels untouched, they left the tv remote within the bed sheets. One of the light bulbs in the room was burnt out. The bathroom is “italian style” (no shower curtain) and the water would flood the entire bathroom very easily.

Needs TLC

The kitchenette had no sponges to wash, or tea towels to dry pots with. And yet they want to charge you €50 extra if you don’t wash the pots and put them away! No dishwasher tablets provided either. This is a 4* hotel, not a youth hostel….or is it? I could not sit on the sofa because it was so uncomfortable and uneven. The two shower heads could not be used independently. Which meant the rainfall shower head was on permanently which I don’t like as I get my hair wet, and don’t always want to wash it. The hot tub was very nice. The suite we had was in need of refurbishment, I felt. I did wonder if we’d been given that suite because we had a dog. I’ve stayed once before. And again I think the whole establishment is in need of refurbishment. The greatest plus for this hotel is its proximity to Pezenas centre.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Nice quiet, secure location with parking within easy walking distance of the old town. Helpful staff. Very pleasant public areas and small swimming pool. Would certainly visit again.

Staff were positive and friendly however we had a burnt out lightbulb which didn’t get replaced. Lights in the lounge at night are low wattage and the lounge is poorly lit making reading difficult. Having said that - would we stay there again? Yes. Very handy to the village.

Delightful accommodation

Beautiful place for an overnight stay. Parking was very tight as the car park was full but we managed, the accommodation is lovely and with in a short walking distance to the town where there are many opportunities for food and beverage. Had a lovely big room with a hot tub which was made full use of. Would happily stay again and wished we'd stayed longer.
