Enjoy this 35m² pavilion 500m from the beach and 800m from the city center. This ideal pavilion for a family with 2 children or 4 people is located in a secure residence, the accommodation has a parking space and a private 25m² garden terrace with barbecue and collective swimming pool.
Cleaning and bed linen are included (possibility of renting towel kits from the agency).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
1 bedroom with a 140 double sofa bed plus 1 90 cm bunk bed, a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a convertible sofa (140) opening onto a fitted kitchen with a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo, an oven, a microwave, washing machine, and an induction hob. A mezzanine with two 140 sofa beds.
The main room opens onto the terrace and the garden.

The accommodation does not have WiFi.

Super logement , propre, bien placé dans une petite residence, la piscine et vraiment un plus , à qlq mètres de la plage et du centre ville.Manque malgres tt une clim dans la chambre à l etage et dans la chambre du bas une clim ou un petit ventilateur ( car se n est qu une clim portative que l on ne peut pas bouger pour tt le logement ).Sinon sejour au top ds ce petit logement tres fonctionnel et agreable on n y reviendra vs pouvez y aller les yeux fermé d ou mes 5 etoiles.
