Come and relax in this beautiful apartment located on the 2nd floor of a brand new residence with elevator only 50m from the beach. This t3 is designed for 5 people and includes a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker) open to a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a 90cm bunk bed, a bathroom with shower Italianate and toilet and a large east-facing terrace. A sheltered parking space is reserved for you.
Cleaning and bed linen are included (possibility of renting towel kits from the agency).
Located next to the gaming casino, you will be a 10-minute walk from the city center via the seafront promenade.
