Superb air-conditioned apartment with sea view
- Air-conditioned apartment located on the 3rd and last floor (with elevator) in a beautiful residence on the beach of Valras.
It is accessed directly to the beach by a gate. The apartment is spacious, bright and has a large terrace with superb views.
Very well equipped, air-conditioned, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer ....
Two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds). A shower room, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the main room.
You have a garage within the residence.
All the shops are in the immediate vicinity.
The pool is superb.
Everything for a wonderful holiday.

Appartement bien placé
Très bon séjour, quelques petits détails manquants justifient 4* au lieu de 5:
Il a fallu aller à "la pêche" aux renseignements pour le WI-FI, et toutes les infos pratiques nécessaires lorsqu'on arrive dans un lieu inconnu, ex: commerces, médecins, transports. On n'a pas eu de chance car l'ascenseur était en panne à notre arrivée. Fort heureusement une personne très aimable nous a aidé à monter les bagages au 3ème. A part cet incident on peut dire que globalement l'appartement est bien équipé et la clim est appréciable par fortes chaleurs. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus

Appartement clair, propre et fonctionnel dans belle résidence. Atout majeur: la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Grande plage à proximité, centre ville 25mn à pied.

Fijne locatie
Het appartement ligt op de 2de verdieping en is goed uitgerust. Alles is aanwezig om er een fijne vakantie door te brengen. Vaatwas, wasmachine en airco zijn de grote pluspunten. Het uitzicht op de zee en het zwembad maken het geheel af. Het contact met Brigitte verliep heel vlot. Kortom: een aanrader!

Belle vue mer
Bel appartement fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Grande terrasse avec vue mer et piscine. La climatisation de l'appartement est très appréciable pendant les fortes chaleurs. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette résidence ou les enfants ont apprécié la piscine, la table de ping-pong et la proximité de la mer.
