The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the staff made sure to keep it clean every day. The hotel is also located in a centric place with easy acess to the Complutense University and other areas of the city. There are also a lot of restaurants cafes, and bars nearby. If I come back to Madrid, will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

great hotel and excellent price. It’s located on a very nice area with greats views to the royal palace. The rooms are renovated so they feel clean and nice and the bathroom is big. Definitely recommend staying here

"Very disappointing and expensive. This hotel is in a great location, however that is the only positive if you are travelling with a child. The reception made it clear that the only rooms available for families are at the back of the hotel. They are shabby and have no view, other than the filthy wall. ..."
