"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "

I looked for an air conditioning place, and the first day, the air “wasn’t working”, the control remote was not in the room and they brought it the next day because I asked for, I have to open the window and close it right away, so the bugs don’t come inside, so it was a very unpleasant first day. "This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"
