Everything, from check in, rooms, food, service, shuttle to and from the slopes, everything was amazing! The staff were super nice and always attentive. We were very happy with our stay!

The shuttle bus to the ski lifts was very quick and always available. Great Bar staff, particularly liked the Grappa trolley. The spa was also outstanding with a view.

The hotel is very good, and the shuttle to the ski slopes makes things much easier, so you don’t need to drive there—which would be terrible during peak season. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is the optional 5% tip; for a five-star hotel, it puts you in an awkward position at check-out. In addition, it introduces a “tip culture” that is not standard in Europe.

Overall very good stay, few things were annoying - such as the barman didn't know how to make a dirty martini or the restaurant staff's English was quite poor. Otherwise very good resort and great location.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and well maintained. The staff is cordial and efficient. The concierge service found is excellent restauranst in Cervino. The shuttle service was perfect and prompt though we had a car we preferred using their MBZ shuttle. The spa was also beautiful and luxurious. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful and new property. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very attentive staff. Awesome spa. They have a shuttle to/from cable car. We came from zermatt via cable car. Town is a shuttle ride away if you need to go there. Nothing around the hotel but the hotel itself is very relaxing

Highly recommend

Loved this hotel!! Pro: -Rental shop onsite with lots of selection. You get a free locker onsite as well to store your equipment -food was fantastic at the hotel. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. -rooms very comfortable and clean. Cons -you need to take a shuttle to the town or the gondola. It comes very quick. We never had a problem with this at all. BUT in busy season the shuttle only seats 6 people.

Amazing new hotel at the entrance of this beautiful ski town. Great modern yet warm rooms, beautifully decorated, and we loved the bed. Superb service, from the front desk to the restaurant. The shuttle service to anywhere in town and back to the hotel worked perfectly thanks to Davide and rest of the team. Great pool and spa, and a wonderful breakfast. For dinner, our group didn’t like the dishes in the panorama restaurant. We all thought they can get a better chef and increase dish size. I am also a little conflicted on the need for AC with the massive heat waves in Europe in recent years. The hotel is at 2,000 m altitude, but we still had to sleep with the balcony doors open at night. Obviously, this is an issue affecting all high-mountain lodgings in the Alps. Overall, an outstanding hotel with beautiful facilities, excellent service, and a perfect location. We would gladly stay here again.
