Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.

"Clean, great staff, lovely food. Swimming area as nice with a bar there too. Only draw back it is about a mile from the centre. 25 mins walk ish for our party. Would definitely recommend."
