9.4/10 Exceptional! (176 reviews)
I love everything in this property. It was a fantastic and restful stay with my sister and bestie. The staff are extremely nice - Andrea, Mia, Tina, Omar and the other cook all very warm and hospitable. Even the drivers who picked up and dropped us off at the Kakslautannen bus stop are friendly. I will surely go back and visit the place with my son and other family members in winter time. They will surely love this place. Thank you for hospitality.

8.4/10 Very good! (156 reviews)
The staff here was very nice but the property could use an update. The superior room lacked amenities that our standard rooms had like an in room fridge and sauna.
While the room was clean and fine, and the property might appeal to children, the facilities could use a real upgrade to match the other standard hotels we’ve stayed at in Finland.

"No bath mat or tea towel provided Crockery was dirty and layout of kitchen was designed for tall people only. Had to pay extra for linen and towels and had to put linen on your self. Pillow cases did not fit properly. Old style property. Would not stay again. Rather pay an extra $30 to stay somewhere ..."

"Ha sido una experiencia estupenda. El patrón ha sido muy servicial y me ha servido como guía e información sobre la vida y cultura del lugar. Además la casa está en un sitio aislado en medio de la naturaleza y he podido disfrutar del bosque y de la nieve incluso desde la ventana de las habitaciones. ..."
