AS SEEN ON HGTV! Escape to The Bowen, a sprawling ranch retreat just 23 minutes from McKinney. This 18-acre gated property offers two houses with approximately 4,000 sq ft of indoor living space, perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway in the Texas countryside.

The Bowen is ideal for weddings, birthday parties, and corporate retreats. Contact us to plan your special event in this rustic yet elegant setting amidst the natural beauty of our ranch.

Entire property accommodates up to 22 overnight guests

- Main House: 4 bedrooms, 4 baths

- Barndominion: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

- The Venue barn: 2 half baths, kitchenette with two large fridges, tables, white wedding chairs, and romantic lighting. We have an event fee of $1500 for up to 60 guests which includes all of the above, please let us know if we can help host your special event.
