We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be ...

The room was clean. The bed is a bit soft and dipped in the middle. The shower was really nice though. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is very limited. Bread, fruit and yogurt. Not bad overall.
